What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit will include your consultation. Consults are conducted to ensure compatibility with current health status, provide in-depth information regarding the treatment itself, and cost of services. Once approved for the treatment of choice, your consultant will schedule your appointment to receive your actual treatment.

How much do additional treatments cost?
Treatment costs vary depending on the quantity and type of treatment required to address your concerns. We often have steep discounts for clients who make package purchases which vary depending on the time of year. Please speak with your consultant to discuss current pricing promotions and discounts.

Can I receive my treatment the same day as my consultation?
Most treatments are not performed on the same day as the consultation. There are many reasons for this. Some reasons include the evaluation of reported medical conditions, consideration of additional financial costs, and scheduling availability. Under certain circumstances, you may request an upgrade to a same-day appointment for an additional fee.

Will it hurt?
Depending upon the service selected you may experience a small level of discomfort for a short period of time towards the end of the treatment.

I have a prepaid voucher, can I buy another one?
The vendors who sell our vouchers only allow us to redeem 1 voucher per client. If you have purchased more than one voucher, it is highly recommended you request a refund from the vendor directly.

Which medical conditions are contraindications for my treatment?
